Hello, I’m Deirdre.

I am a holistic practitioner dedicated to supporting individuals in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and restoring balance in mind, body, and spirit.

In my work, I integrate Reiki, Integrative Chakra Therapy®, and Clinical Hypnotherapy to support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and overall mental well-being. I offer a calm, supportive space where we can gently explore stress patterns, trauma responses, and limiting beliefs while building resilience, clarity, and a renewed sense of inner stability.

Many people come to see me during times of loss, illness, healing, or significant life transition. I also support individuals navigating cancer care and recovery, offering gentle support for emotional resilience, body trust, and inner steadiness during and after treatment. Others are navigating emotional trauma, health challenges, burnout, or periods of deep change and uncertainty. Together, we work at a pace that honours your experience and supports meaningful, lasting change.

My training includes studies with Mayan Master Teacher Shaman Miguel Angel Vergara and Dr. Richard Jelusich of the California Institute for Human Science, which continue to inform my grounded and integrative approach.

I am committed to creating a respectful and safe environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered in your healing journey.

Welcome!

I’m Özge Stephen — registered acupuncturist, childbirth educator, full-spectrum doula, mother of three wildlings, and the dreamer behind Mora Integrated Care.

The tapestry of my practice is woven from Traditional Chinese Medicine, five-elements acupuncture, alchemy, ritual and my Anatolian ancestry. Healing is never just physical — it’s emotional, spiritual, ancestral, and deeply personal. Whether we’re tending to the womb space, the mind and spirit, or the quieter thresholds of life’s transitions, I intend to support the whole person with presence, curiosity, and respect.

As a doula and childbirth educator, I walk beside families during profound rites of passage — conception, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum — offering advocacy, information, and grounded companionship. I hold the intersections where reproductive and mental health meet, and the spaces where new identities and stories emerge.

Outside the clinic, you’ll likely find me cooking up a storm, buried in a good book, or planting more calendula in my garden. As a self-proclaimed “village auntie” - I am committed to tending to the Land, Waters, and communities around us, and building webs of care.

I look forward to caring for you.
